Do not fear, God is with you and will strengthen and uphold you.

When the news cycle lives in your nervous system. Nobody puts that on a vision board, but people live it every day. Before you react, ask what this moment is trying to make you believe. Old patterns survive because they move quickly, before truth gets a chance to speak. Fear is loud because it wants to be treated like prophecy. Jesus Christ tells the truth about the future even when you cannot see it. You do not need a dramatic feeling today. You need enough truth to refuse the old script one more time.

Jesus, interrupt whatever is automatic in me that does not look like Your truth. Give me a clear mind, a guarded heart, and the courage to do the next faithful thing. Amen.
